UVRF is pleased to offer Virtual Erg Workouts (VEWs) from January through May, 2021. The workouts are held Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 6:30 to 7:30 AM using zoom. Recordings of each workout are also available for people who cannot make the 6:30 start time. The weekly pattern consists of steady-state or low intensity workouts on Monday, medium to medium-hard workouts on Wednesday and short, hard intervals on Friday. Follow along or just row at your own pace, picking up a steady stream of technique tips along the way. Bike ergs are also welcome! Two 10-week sessions (30 workouts each) are offered with a one week break in between.
